                A wet scrubber is used to clean air, flue gas or other gases of various pollutants and dust particles. Wet scrubbing works via the contact of a target compound or contact of particulate matter with the scrubbing solution. Solutions may simply be water or solutions of reagents that specifically target certain compounds. We design the wet scrubbers according to customer’s requirements. The design depends on the industrial process conditions and the nature of the air pollutants involved.

• HCl Treatment System for Pickling Process

TACE’s Scrubber, Absorption Towers are custom designed to absorb and remove HCl and other toxic components.

• H2SO4 Treatment System

Air pollution Control System will prevent Sulfuric Acid, lead fume the environment. We use scrubber which are effective for removal under certain conditions. Wet scrubbing works via the contact the pollutants by scrubbing solution, pollutants are more soluble in the scrubber and can be captured.

•  Oil Collector for Rubber Compounding

For special applications, custom scrubbers are available in larger sizes. All of the ACE scrubber bodies can be modified to accommodate a wide variety of special requirements.

• Emergency Chlorine Treatment System

Wet scrubbing absorption technology allows treatment of pollutants in gaseous emissions. It is particularly applicable to acid emissions, combustion emissions, volatile organic compounds and odors. Treatment of Chlorine gas with wet scrubber absorption involves the neutralization of the pollutants by means of a purifying or alkaline liquid.
