Outstanding advantages

1

High treatment efficiency: Effectively removes odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and harmful gases, with an efficiency of up to 90%.

2

Low operating cost: Energy-saving and cost-effective.

3

Environmentally friendly: No use of chemicals, no generation of hazardous by-products.

4

Flexible design: Available in various scales and configurations, suitable for all types of factories, plants, and production facilities.

5

Diverse filter media: Can utilize different types of filter materials and microbial strains, optimized for specific emission characteristics.

6

Easy operation: Simple to use, maintain, and service, without requiring complex technical skills.

Operating Principle

Exhaust gas enters the tower and is evenly distributed through the biological packing layer.
Pollutants are retained on the surface of the media and dissolved in the moisture film.
Microorganisms decompose the pollutants into CO₂, H₂O, and mineral salts.
Clean gas is released, ensuring compliance with environmental standard QCVN 19:2024/BTNMT.

Mechanism of Action

Conversion of Pollutants from Gas to Liquid Phase
Pollutant Degradation by Bacteria
Biodegradation of Specific Pollutants
