Specifically, ACE Company has just completed the Scrubber Tower for FM project. FM is a factory specializing in producing animal feed and is also the largest animal feed factory in Vietnam. The Scrubber tower has a flow of 3000m3 / h, an ID1000X4600 (H) mm dimension. The system provides a full range of centrifugal fans, circulating pumps, chemical tanks, chemical pumps made of FRP Composite and other auxiliary equipment. The Scrubber tower has a special structure that emits exhaust gas from below and the solution flow from above. These two phases of gas and liquid meet adsorption, adsorption and reaction phenomenon in the buffer layer inside the tower.

The buffer layer consists of cushioning materials with different shapes and sizes, as well as the height of this buffer layer depends on the composition of exhaust gas to be treated and must ensure a large enough surface area and time. Fluid retention and contact between the two gas phases are long enough for adsorption, absorption, and reaction to occur almost completely.

Due to the corrosive characteristics of the exhaust gas, the treatment solution should be made of many materials that can withstand high corrosive environments such as FRP, PP, etc.
