I. Application of chlorine

• Chlorine is an important chemical to purify water, in disinfection or bleaching and as a gas causing choking (mustard). In prime form at standard conditions, it is a strong oxidizing agent, used as a very strong bleach and disinfectant, as well as the reagent needed for the chemical industry. As a common disinfectant, chlorine compounds are used in swimming pools to keep clean and hygienic.
• Clo's killing mechanism undergoes 2 stages. First the disinfectant disinfects through the bacterial cell envelope, then reacts with the enamel layer inside the cell and destroys the metabolic process leading to cell destruction and therefore the bacteria will die .
• Chlorine is widely used in paper production, sterilization, dyes, food, pesticides, paints, petrochemical products, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, solvents and many other consumer products.
• Chlorine is also used in the production of chlorates, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride and in the extraction of bromine.

II. Reference project

And it is even more honored when we are selected as partners to produce Chlorine gas treatment tower for clean water supply plant. Through economic contract DO28 / 2019 The treatment tower is ID800x3,800 (H) mm in size, with FRP CS - 400S / R material with corrosion resistance of 5mm thickness. The tower is used to treat chlorine gas leaked from chlorine gas system with a gas flow of 2000m3 / h. The processing efficiency is over 99% (input 1000ppm / output 10mg / m3), meeting QCVN19: 2009 / BTNMT issued by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in 2009 ... Tower system Automatic operation, saving labor costs and parameters are constantly updated, easy to install and easy to repair.

After 1 month of production and inspection at the Plant, ACE Company has completed and handed over the Chlorine gas treatment tower to the Chlorine gas exhaust system.
