THE SCRUBBER SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING ACID VAPOR FROM STAINLESS STEEL RUSTING LINE

Based on technology and experience from projects over the past 15 years, ACE Vietnam Company is honored to be chosen as a partner by the Stainless Steel Material Factory in Long An. Through the economic contract DO59 / 2019 signed by the both parties, ACE Vietnam Company will suply a scrubber system to absorb acid vapor for the rust removal line at this factory.
This Scrubber System has a processing capacity of 6000m3 / h, used to treat HNO3, HF gas generated from stainless steel rusting line. The system is operated automatically. Ensure efficiency after handling meeting QCVN 19: 2009 / BTNMT on industrial waste gas regulated by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam.
After about 1 month of conducting production at the Factory in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh, ACE Company has carried out the installation. By February 20th, the basic installation was completed. And we are working with investors to prepare for operation and acceptance.
