I. Method of treatment of odor from wastewater treatment system
As you know to be able to handle odors from sewage treatment systems, there are many methods such as:

- Absorption method
- Adsorption method
- Biological methods
- Burning method
- Ozone method

ACE Company is a leading company in Vietnam with the ability to advise, design and manufacture, install solutions to treat odors from wastewater, mainly based on the following 3 methods:

- Adsorption method

• Adsorption is a gas separation process based on the adsorption of some adsorbents for pollutants in the exhaust gas. In this process the pollutant gas molecules in the exhaust gas are trapped on the surface of the adsorbent.
• Adsorption is also widely used to dehumidify air in the air or in the general gas environment, to eliminate harmful gases and odors in exhaust gases, recover gases, valuable gases and air or in exhaust gas.

- Absorption method

• Gas absorption is the capture of a gas or vapor by liquid through physical and chemical processes - physical absorption and chemical absorption. During absorption, the absorbed substance is dissolved in the liquid phase of the absorber
• To absorb pollutants, pollutant molecules need to be diffused to the interface layer, passing through both the gas and liquid boundary layers and finally penetrating the liquid.

- Biological methods

• Biotechnology is a more effective odor control solution. This involves the use of bacteria in microbial deodorant products. These bacteria will secrete enzymes that break smelly spores and decompose them. The odor is therefore removed from the waste source. In addition, these enzymes also help to cut long, difficult-to-decompose hydrogen carbon vessels, and help treat pollutants in wastewater.

II. Reference project

ACE Company is very pleased to be chosen by the Company as a production partner of 3 FRP Composite odor treatment. In which, there are 2 treatment towers with dimensions ID1600XH33500 and 1 Processing Tower of size ID800XH1500. This project ACE advises on designing and processing as required by the Company. After unifying the design drawings between the two parties. ACE has conducted production at Trang Bang and Tay Ninh factories. With the quality of products manufactured according to BS4994 standards, it ensures that the operation system is not leaked, thereby increasing the service life of the product.
After 1 month of production and inspection at the Plant, ACE Company completed and handed over 3 Towers to handle odors on May 18, 2019.
